Update: on 4/22/2026 out of desperation I gave Jimmy John’s another chance and they messed my small and simple order up again. I received a ham sandwich, again. 1. I don’t eat ham 2. The sandwich they I did order does not have ham in it Jimmy John’s is a sandwich spot yet they can NOT seem to get a simple task such as making a sandwich correctly down. It’s truly embarrassing and I gave Jimmy John’s far TOO many chances. I had to take time out of my schedule to walk back to this location in order to get the correct sandwich. ... read more
Wrong order. Why?!? I ordered a TURKEY sandwich with extra turkey even and wound up with ham?!? I do not eat ham. Now I have nothing for dinner tonight. Highly disappointed.
