Ordered delivery from here on 6-2-26. 1/2 the order was missing. I called and spoke to the manager. He offered to refund the order or have it re-delivered. I decided to get a refund as I wasn’t at my home and could not wait for re-delivery, plus it was delivered on a bicycle by an older woman. I didn’t think it was fair to her to have to re-deliver my order that way, especially after talking to her briefly on how re-delivery and screwed up orders are common and it wasn’t ideal on a bicycle! Very nice workers!
They put so much ice in the fountain drink when ordered ahead of time or for delivery. This happened twice to me and my coworker.
