Y’all need to hire more people you got one poor girl working the counter taking 20+ peoples order it’s a horrible experience because you are rushing the heck out of this poor girl making the wait longer going between taking orders, online orders, and making the bread and the sandwiches.
Poor customer service & slow service with Me being the only customer at the time.
Horrible sandwiches, they never follow instructions, they never TOAST the sandwiches no matter if you request it, sandwiches have no lettuce nor onions or other items advertised. They miss items and send you the wrong salad. I have never had issues with the Austell JJ. Never ordering from this place again.
Horrible food. You order toasted, they never toast. You order bowtie, they give you potato. Totally disappointed. Never again buying here.
Great sandwich and fast.
