We will never got to any Jimmy John's again after the manager did not make it right after an incorrect order. A staff failed to put the meat on a giant sub. I get all the way home and didn't realize it until after a few bites. I drove all the way back and took half of the sub back and asked the manager to give me a refund. She did give me the meat but only gave me 5 oz. when it supposed to have 6 oz. of meat on it. We have not even gotten an apology after the corporate complaint that I made. GREAT NEW MANAGEMENT! I have been coming to this JJs consistently for years. The current management is by far the best yet! The store is clean, friendly, and efficient!
The best service, the best team and it’s the best Jimmy John’s I have been in. The new manager takes pride in her stores ! Danielle was awesome abs so was the lady who made my sandwich!
