I eat here from time to time and just wanted to leave a good review. I'm not sure what the lady's name was, but I placed an online order and wasn't able to order the fountain drink I wanted online. I called in and asked if she could please make my drink of preference and she took care of that no problem. I know this is a small thing, but I just wanted to say on top of enjoying my food, I really appreciated her taking my call and helping me when she didn't have to. Those are the little things that keep people coming back.
I love Jimmy John’s food, but this is the absolute slowest JJ I’ve ever seen. Every time I come here it’s 10+ minutes. I’ve started ordering ahead, and as I stand here 19 minutes past my order conformation, I’m still waiting (with only a few others). And for some reason, not one person here is making a sandwich. And one person is using their phone with gloves on! The same gloves that make your sandwich! Leadership at this location must be very poor.
This Jimmy Johns is one of the worst I've been to. Their service is always shockingly slow (considering the slogan is freaky fast lol) Their staff is kinda rude and dismissive. If you order for delivery, expect to wait an hour for your food from my experience with this location. Today's visit was especially bad. I just overheard a delivery driver ask the other driver, "Which one you taking? Look at the tips .. delivery that one late" while I was waiting for my food. I just left this place. I go to a lot of Jimmy John's. The short haired girl that is there right now gave me a Little Vito that is considerably smaller than all the other ones I get at other JJ. I've also asked for a cup of water and she followed me to the machine as if I was going to steal soda from her. I did not appreciate that.
