Walked in at 8:50. Girl with pink hair just sitting in the front booth buried on her cell phone. Thought she was a customer but she slowly walked over behind the counter and just looked at me, so I said hi as it didn’t seem she was too happy I was there. I ordered a toasted sub, she turned and said something under her breath to a kid with a pony tail and he instantly looked up and said “I just turned the toaster off, we close in like 9 minutes, sorry” .. I work real close to Jimmy John’s. I ordered a sandwich in time to have lunch. I only have 30 minutes, it arrived after lunch time. I tried calling numerous times only to be hung up on or no answer! Freaky SLOW .
I love JJ’s. But this store has the worst employees I’ve had to deal with. Just rude and don’t follow thru. I am still waiting on a refund of 31$. Every time I call no one answers or they tell me it’s on the way. This is from June 11th and still waiting.
