My first time here and the staff was rude. I went in to order. I greeted a much older gentleman at the register multiple times and he would not greet me back...just ignored me. I let that go because I thought maybe he didnt hear me (though i later found out he didnt have trouble hearing when I ordered). Fast forward to me actually ordering. It was 5 of us on one order and one of the ladies preparing our sandwiches seemed to get annoyed by the fact that I had to made changes to our order. I picked up dinner on my way home, only to discover once there that my #12 turkey sandwich had no meat on it. Tried to call to report the issue, but they never answered the phone, and there is no other way to report a problem on their app or website. Driving back through rush hour traffic to go in person is the kind of hassle I was trying to avoid by picking up dinner to go. Do better, Jimmy Johns.
