Paid $20 for a large sub that had 4 pieces of meat and no cheese…….Definitely not coming back
Tried the new smoked cheddar cheese bourbon sub and diet coke, paid over 13 dollars for it. Very skimpy meat, cheese has no smoked flavor. Way overpriced! Its a 6 dollar sub at most.
Update: The Owner obviously didn't care because after the head corporation requested to provide feedback to this comment, nothing has changed and nobody reached out to discuss this issue. I would avoid. Just go to Whit's Ice Cream next door! This was by far one of the best locations in a 10-mile radius because of customer service and we frequent this one a lot. Ordered online from the 160 location at 3:55PM and order said delivered at 4:30PM. I called the store 5x and there was no answer. So i had to drive into the store and they have 4 teenagers were there standing around. I asked for the manager and he said someone took the phone off the hook. I asked for a refund because my order wasn’t delivered. He told me he couldn’t refund me because the order was settled.
