Walked into the Jimmy John’s on Holt and the guy at the counter immediately started harassing us about a bathroom key — no one even asked to use the bathroom, we were literally just walking to sit down. While we were ordering on our phones, the employees wouldn’t leave us alone, so I had to tell them we were ordering through the app. After that, they started loudly criticizing what we ordered like it was some kind of joke to them. We ordered a party pack for my nieces pre wedding event . We specifically stated what we wanted and what we did not want in the sandwiches . The lady that took the order was not very knowledgeable of the sandwiches and location where it we needed them to be delivered . Well after the order was delivered to the hotel it was completely wrong . I called and they said I had to call back Monday . I called back on Monday and now was told to call back Tuesday . Ordered delivery an hour and 15 minutes ago. They marked it "Delivered" on tracking at least 15 minutes ago when it was, in fact, NOT DELIVERED. Called the store: "Yeah, they do that when they're a couple blocks away." Um, so they lie? "They'll be there any second." 15 MINUTES LATER...
They add their own tip amount for delivery. Will never get delivery again or order from that location again. They will steal from your card
