Freaky fast? More like never shows up! I love love love ordering from a company that markets themselves as being super fast with their delivery that takes a minimum of 3 years to deliver to a location that is quite literally a 4 minute drive being generous. Are the drivers being held hostage somewhere en route? I guess we will never know because there is no way to track their cars when theyre on their way. FACT: The average human crawling speed is between 0.5 and 1.5 mph. Jimmy John's is 0.6 miles from my location. It took them 1 hour and 15 minutes- 0.6 miles ÷ 1.25 hours = 0.48 mph. So Jimmy John's delivery was literally slower than crawling: I could have crawled to the store on all fours, in traffic, while crying, and still arrived sooner. If you're marketing yourself as "freaky fast," maybe aim to at least beat the speed of a crawling toddler with one sock on.
Their system failed and didn't charge me for chips i ordered online. They voided my order and made me repay over the phone. Then sends me a sandwich that looks dirty.....
