Their system failed and didn't charge me for chips i ordered online. They voided my order and made me repay over the phone. Then sends me a sandwich that looks dirty.....
Who ever manages this location needs to get the ice machine issue figured out. It's broke about 60% of the time over the last 3 months. There used to be an older gentleman that worked here that would haul ice out from the back and dump it in the machine. I'm guessing "broken ice machine" is code for no one wants to do that anymore given that it's been intermittently broke for so long.
Do not bother ordering for delivery. Never delivered! And then had to call to let them know. They offered to replace it if I waited another 30 mins but honestly over 2 hours to wait for a sub that is supposed to be freaky fast is a fail.
Slowest delivery I've ever experienced.... four times I've ordered from this store. Every time, it takes over an hour for the sandwich to even LEAVE THE STORE... let alone be delivered. When it does arrive, it's tasty, don't get me wrong. But waiting 90 minutes for a Jimmy John's sandwich is not freaky fast..
