Ordered myself and co worker's sandwiches. Everything was good and freaky fast.
3/19/2026 at 11:33am I went into Jimmy John’s suite 402 for lunch. Upon my arrival I was greeted by by a gentleman who was nice and took my order but there were two women who were very rude and lazy didn’t give eye contact and didn’t bag my food just handed me my sandwich and I had to either bag my own sandwich or not have a bag. I’m a DoorDash driver. First, they make u get your own drinks for the customer which I believe is a health code violation (it was during Covid)… Secondly, they do not have drink carriers- how am I supposed to carry 3 bagels food and 3 drinks out to my car? Won’t be picking up food from here again
Lied about what time they’re open, I placed an online order and there’s no way to get a refund. 5:30 pm on a Wednesday and there was no one there.
