I placed an online order for a Turkey Tom Unwich. My daughter picked up the unwich and brought it home. The lettuce was old, starting to turn brown, and tasted terrible. I opened the unwich to eat just the turkey and toppings, and that tasted terrible too. I threw the whole thing away. Very disappointed!
I usually don’t write reviews, but I rushed over to Jimmy John’s to grab a sandwich before they closed. I got there 30 minutes before the posted closing time—and the lights were already out. I understand things happen, but if you say you’re open until a certain time, customers should reasonably expect you to actually be open until then. Pretty frustrating after rushing to get there.
Food is average, but the service sucks. Very unfriendly employees. No how are you ect...just, what do you want. Employees are either deaf or hate their jobs.
