UPDATE: After work, I went back to the store with my meatless sandwich and had an awesome conversation with the beautiful person behind the register who had taken my order at lunch. They appreciated the feedback, made me a new sandwich and we had a good conversation. She was a great ambassador for JimmyJohns. Thank you. (Historical information for reference: After 1pm, no rush, ordered a #8 cut in half...... and no meat on the sandwich. 3 dollar tip. Jimmy John's should be embarrassed.)
I got acute food poisoning from a lettuce wrap here. Would not recommend.
Placed an order over the phone. Called and Nicolette picked up. She want above and beyond to make sure I am well taken care of. Highly satisfied.
I'm posting this because of a recent experience I had with online order delivery. I ordered four sandwiches and they were okay quality, nothing great. The store did make a mistake in not including a large fountain drink and a missing bag of chips. But that in itself wouldn't be worth posting a review about, the reason I'm posting this review is because the store charged me almost $10 for a red velvet cookie, that according to every other store menu and research should have only cost me about $2.
