Ordered delivery never got my food, waited 45 minutes and the app said it was delivered so I called and Melanie said they did and I advised they delivered it to a house down the street most likely that has a similar address. (My street is cir and the house is dr) but made it clear in the app this was an apartment and provided the unit number. So she tells me they will remake it. Not sure how this particular beach front location stays in business, especially on Memorial Day Weekend. Unfortunately, the very young man working the front counter had to stop taking orders at 1:30pm and turn people away by saying 'we can't take orders, we're out of stuff.' Only one lady was, very slowly, making subs and after 35 mins, 2 door dash customers cancelled, and 2 families asked for refunds. My husband and I were staying at a VA Beach hotel last week and had never been to a Jimmy John's before, so we gave it a try. The positive- The female employee we interacted with was friendly, helpful and quick. The negative- Everything else was a total disappointment. The bread was so hard and seemed to be the last two loaves available when there was still three hours left before closing. You actually heard them bang on the counter.
