Very kind and quick!
Horrible customer service. First, it’s 3:30 on a Sunday, no chicken. Cool. I pivot my orders. Of course this leads to questions, no answers provided. Just redirected to the menu. I ask how many carbs are in a wrap, just the wrap ( my kid is a type one diabetic, this information is literally life saving), response, idk. I ask if there is any way they could find out, tells the wrap is 46 carbs just for the wrap. ( I looked online, prior to this and the entire sandwiches with all the condiments were around 56grams). This Jimmy John’s is hit or miss in service. I had a reward that i have gotten before here when it came around. This time I was told you have to order online to get it. After I waited 5 minutes for someone to greet me at the counter. And now they stopped having brewed tea. So I just walked out and left. They lost my business this day.
