During a recent visit to Jimmy Johns, I had the pleasure of getting the best veggie sandwich made by Alonzo. Due to dietary restrictions and instructions I listed on the order, I just want to share my appreciation of his patience, his incredible quality of packaging and care he implemented in making my sandwich. Alonzo was a solo act on that day and I watched him have the best attitude to all customers that came into the store, tending to them with urgency. All of the staff were so sweet and welcoming. I don’t normally leave reviews but I had to in this case. I did not get anyone’s names but the woman working the cash register was so kind and so beautiful. And the man with the ponytail was training someone and still took the time to be kind as we were waiting for our food.
Disappointed!! Came to this location and they didn’t have the bread for the size sandwich i wanted which was a little John. They didn’t apologize and just blew it off i had to leave and go to a different locations. Waste of gas and time horrible
