Poor customer service. We ordered two turkey avocado sandwiches, picked them up, drove home and found out one sandwich had no turkey and both had no avocado. Drove all the way back and the people laughed at the mistake and then started remaking it with no apologies for our inconvenience. We asked for them to be remade and to give us some compensation for our hassle. They refused and so we asked for a refund. They made rude comments to us as we left.
Ordered two sandwiches to go. Drove home. Both sandwiches missing key ingredients. Went back to get the sandwiches remade. No apologies, no offer to remake and refund. Instead they laughed about getting the order wrong.

Vick and Alonzo had great customer service my first time there. I was impressed how clean and patient they were with explaining the menu. The sandwich was great as well! New favorite spot!
The team at this location pick and choose when they want to lock the doors. The restaurant doesn’t close until nine. We got there at 8:45 and the doors were already locked. When I called the restaurant, I was told that they closed and the person who answered the phone was extremely rude.
