Update: It looks like new location and new staff. I had an order and im not sure what happened but it wasnt right. I called and was immediately apologized to. I was willing to do what I had to do to prove i wasnt lying. (Bring it in, take a picture, etc.) Instead i was treated with kindness, respect, and professionalism. The individuals (the ticket said alex) who worked on June 29, 2026 have the vibes and customer service attitudes that are amazing. I left my previous 2023 review up so one could see the difference. I've never had an issue with this location, the veggie sandwich is consistently good & hard to mess up. My complaint & displeasure today is entirely about the delivery experience. I received an alert that my order was out for delivery, so I went to the garage to meet the driver as instructed. The moment I heard the Ring bell, I opened the garage door, the driver was already heading back to his car. I was right there!
