Helpful tip for this particular Jimmy John’s: When your drive thru gets backed up because an order at the window is taking a while, have that person park somewhere and bring it out to them when it’s ready. Sat behind this truck for literally 15 minutes while his order was being made and a LONG line formed. I eventually parked, went inside, got my online order, and left. The truck was STILL waiting as I was leaving. Very very annoying.

I always get the #9 Italian Night Club with the bread removed inside the sandwich and cut into 3. Best sandwich on the menu. All fresh cold ingredients. Love this sandwich. I also get BBQ chips and put them on my sandwich. Super fast and delicious. I signed up for the rewards so they send coupons for $5.99 for this sandwich almost 50% off.
I was at the South Dale Mabry (Tampa) location today around 2pm (1/30/25). Two things went wrong during my visit. 1) The promotion you have online that says if you buy an 8" sub/sandwich after 2pm, you get a free combo (chips & drink). The cashier wouldn't honor that promotion. She said it is select subs. The promotion DOESN'T state that. 2) I asked for the 8" Gargantuan and specifically said "no mayo". I get the sub and sat down.
