Ladonna is the best with customer service our food was absolutely great 👍🏽.
We ordered delivery two hours ago. First the store called to say they had no bread and it would be 25 minutes. The delivery then routed to Uber and the first driver stole our food without confirming pickup. We have had five drivers assigned and removed from the order with no way to contact Uber support. The store has said there is nothing they can do even remaking our order. Edit: I contacted Jimmy John’s support and spoke with the general manager who was very kind. Terrible customer service saying their "system is down" 15 minutes after they just opened is crazy. I tipped last time I ordered I only have cash. Whoever the rude lady working Tuesday may 20th needs to be fired.
