They delivered an opened bag if chips and sent the straw but nit the drink. No drink has happened 2 times now.
Good, Fast Service, and nice sandwiches. BUT...WHY do they Always blast the AC in the middle of Winter?!? I don't even like to pick up food from places that do that.
11-24-24 Very rude customer service!!! I come 2xs a month to buy a fresh loft of bread for some reason I’m told they can sell me day old bread who want to buy day old bread!! I was told they can not sell me a fresh loaf…. Jimmy John’s stop picking and choosing which day you want to sell fresh bread poor customer service! Not about the customer that keep them in business 1186 Walton Rochester Hills get together clean your employees up they look like they should not work with food please do better!
So, in my experience of over 50 years of customer service, I have never been mistreated by any establishment as what I experienced this Saturday afternoon! Where do I begin, would it even matter as the neighboring business had warned us of the snipe and awful attitude by all 4 attendants! I greeted the young girl with : hi how are you?
