They were not busy, nor very friendly at 10:45 am. Left nearly a $3.50 tip on a $13.00 sandwich.... the bread is so old and stale it's hard to even bite into, let alone chew. I will never return to this place... Nor should you. What happened to fresh bread baked daily? So disappointing! Called them, and they could care less about this customer, me.
Everytime order is wrong never seen manager working once. Imagine behind the scenes
5 people working and nobody is making sandwiches for customers in the store. 20 Minutes in and the same guy who took my order just asked if i’m here for mobile pick up? Every time i come here I end up sitting here for 40 minutes. For a sandwich that takes 2 minutes max to make. Whatever
If I could give zero stars I would. Like many of these reviews, this place was just fine before Covid. But after that I wouldn’t ever go to this location if I were you. Employees are terrible, extremely slow, sloppy and terrible customer service. The inside is gross, sandwiches are gross and poorly made, and on top of that it’s gonna take you forever to get your food. I really hope someone from up higher in the food chain sees these terrible reviews and makes some serious changes there because I cant see that place being suc... read more
