One of the employees was definitely under the influence of something, was glad he didn't make my food....this is not ok!!!!
What an awful experience. Ordered on the Jimmy John's app and headed over after 20 minutes. Was told the food was not ready, so I take a seat. 15 minutes later I see a couple that came in and ordered in the moment getting their food so I ask about my status and I guess it had been ready for quite some time. As well as the food I ordered was not what I received and honestly the veggie sandwich they gave me which did not have the ingredients I requested was laughable, see the attached photo.
$4 for half a cup of potato salad, are you high??
