Employees have no idea about their own menu. Bad attitudes. Very expensive.
Food is usually good, place is always clean inside but their customer service is terrible. Everyime. There is 1 lady that seems to be more polite than the others, maybe the manager? She looks older than the others, but someone needs to train better. To take the order, hand me a receipt with little to no talking was so strange. Girl with the short hair just turned around and walked off... I always tip, but I'm not quite sure what for...
So they have great subs but be forewarned, in my opinion, they do not close at 9:00pm. I walked in at 8:25pm and was told they shut down the toaster and would not toast my sub so as far as I'm concerned the store was effectively closed. And considering it wasn't even 8:30 then who knows how early they did that. So if you're wanting a toasted sub within an hour of closing time then you may want to look elsewhere.
Really good food, especially the toasted sandwiches. They do an amazing job, just make sure you tell him exactly what you want. I should have taken a picture but I ate it too fast.
It says here on google that you guys open at 10 but i’ve been waiting for them to unlock the doors. already ordered my food. can’t cancel it. tried calling and all they did was yell at me. this is a horrible jimmy john’s and i will never be coming back here again. whoever owns this jimmy john’s needs to reevaluate who they hire. this level of customer service is disgusting i don’t know how they get any customers
