I decided to go back to Jimmy John's on Hayden Island after a year or 2 and now I wish I hadn't. I ordered the #16 LuLu Turkey, Bacon sandwich, as you can see in the pictures there was what looked like a 1/2 piece of thin sliced Turkey, with 1 piece of bacon. WTH??? It had SO much lettuce. I usually check the reviews before I go anywhere but didn't this time and am paying the price. I had already left and made it back to work so I just ate what was there and learned my lesson on going to Jimmy John's. I will NOT be back!!!
I have been eating at this location very frequently for the past year, but something has changed recently. The past few times I have gone in my food has tasted horrible and rubbery. Today I went in, and they left a full sheet of paper inside of my sandwich?? How do you even do this? The people at the store are.. usually somewhat friendly I guess.. Probably don't go here.
If I could put 0 starts I would but... I went in around 12:50 with my husband for lunch on 1/17 and they promptly said no pets allowed (no duh) I explained that she is a service dog (un-vested since it's not required per ADA) and they still refused to serve me and my husband for lunch. The lady refused to listen when I said she's a service dog she kept trying to correct me and say ESA are not allowed. She would not listen to me when I said Services Dog.
