This is the second time Jimmy John’s has forgotten items in my order. I understand that everyone makes mistakes, but this keeps happening. It’s disappointing to pay for a complete order and repeatedly have to deal with missing items. I expect better quality control and more attention to customers’ orders. I hope they improve their service because this is becoming unacceptable.
I got the Veggie Classic toasted. Wonderful staff!
