I really try to avoid this location but it’s the closet one unfortunately and never fails-this location is TERRIBLE. Unprofessional, rude customer service, lazy workers. Today, I ordered online 4 sandwiches including 1 very large one and they put ALL 4 sandwiches in 1 bag, at an angle when….there is PLENTY OF SPACE to lay flat, horizontally HELLO JIMMY JOHNS?? Great sandwiches I just don’t like how I can’t take a bite without the meat being pushed out the bread
Didn't get greeted as I walked in, no customers there i was the only one. Young lady walked up to register and looked at her phone Didn't say a word to me just stared at me it was awkward so I said hello welcome to Jimmy John's . Still didn't get a response from her. What happened to greeting customers?? This young generation is lost. Just a simple hello would've been nice.
