This is a nice location! The general manager Adonai is a sweetheart and very friendly and personable while still being professional! The food is fresh and the restaurant is clean! Good job JJ Plano!
This is the second time Jimmy John’s has forgotten items in my order. I understand that everyone makes mistakes, but this keeps happening. It’s disappointing to pay for a complete order and repeatedly have to deal with missing items. I expect better quality control and more attention to customers’ orders. I hope they improve their service because this is becoming unacceptable.
I got the Veggie Classic toasted. Wonderful staff!
Peter is amazing! Highly recommend hiring him for your catering services!
