Today 12/09/25 I visited this Jimmy John’s location for the second time this week. I was there on 12/08/25 as well and the service people were petty and unfriendly. I asked about the sandwich’s that were served hot and I was told to look at the menu. I ordered a Turkey, Bacon sandwich and it was made cold, so I said to the young man at the register that I specifically asked for a warm sandwich, he replied that I needed to let them know ahead of time if I wanted my sandwich heated.
