update: DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION. THERE IS ANOTHER LOCATION ON PLANO PARK WAY GO TO THAT ONE! EVERYONE IS SUPER SWEET AND HAPPY TO TAKE YOUR ORDER. Jimmy john's is one of my favorite sandwich shops. They are normally always fresh and fast! So this particular location I ordered a sandwich for lunch while I was at work. I placed the order about 1215.. They received it and made it in less than ten minutes! So I'm excited thinking it would arrive shortly. The location was less than 2 miles from my job, so I knew it would arrive promptly, no worries! Twenty minutes went by, and I was still trying to be patient. I come to this location often during my lunch hour given that it is close to my workplace. I am always trying to give this location the benefit of the doubt, but the customer service is horrible.
