This is my favorite Jimmy John’s location. They do a great job hiring here. Staff is always on point. Friendly and fast service. Plus jimmy John’s always has great deals and the sandwiches and wraps are delicious.
I ordered and online for pick up and in the app, tracking never said the order was ready. Finally after almost 40 minutes I had my husband go check at the store because I’m very hungry and getting impatient though I figured maybe their just swamped for lunch hour. He gets there and it’s empty, no customers waiting or in the restaurant. But our order was ready. Who knows how long it’s been ready. They make the best "unwich" or lettuce wrap. So fresh and always delicious.
Customer service is a joke. They mess up and blame you. Go somewhere else like jersey mikes. -100
A great place to eat. However the discounts are very difficult to understand. Example, 5.00 off on any order over 20. When I asked about it, didn't apply to the sandwichs. Very confusing
