Store regularly gets our order wrong and requires us to go get the corrected order. Currently we’ve been waiting 1.5 hrs for our delivery order. I’ve called twice. First time was told it was leaving now and they had been waiting on bread. No issue. Called back 40 minutes later after still no delivery. Got attitude and told it wasn’t their fault. Staff your store, train your staff. Especially if your business model is fast delivery. Update: finally arrived and the order was incorrect. Children wouldn’t eat it.

Today’s BLT sandwich was burnt. To make matters worse, it tasted incredibly sour—like spoiled, old tomatoes. I truly hope the staff isn't actually toasting the sandwich with the lettuce and veggies already inside of it, because the texture and temperature were awful. On top of that, my BLT came with a grand total of two pieces of bacon. Because the portion was so skimpy, all I could taste was the hot, sour tomato. The sandwiches were tiny, and order was not worth $34. Thanks but no thanks JJ!
