Had to update my review from a 4 Star because I wanted a toasted sandwich which at the time they didn’t offer. Ecstatic with Jimmy John’s New Toasted Sandwiches on the Menu!!!! Best sandwiches nearby!!
If I can give them a 0 , I would!! from the very beginning, It's a shame that no one understands the english language anymore. I'm tired of going to places and getting not what I ordered. I just left this place 15 minutes ago. Not one thing on the sandwich is right? Very, very poor service.
The place is clean and service was excellent. I can to try the pickle sandwich, it was ok but was expecting more zing, more salty more sour. It was good but honestly a bit bland
I have been going to jimmy John’s for almost 20 years, I was so excited to see a location in Norwalk. I was even more pleasantly surprised when this became my favorite location yet, even after previously living down the street from jimmy john! The whole team is great, but Tom ALWAYS goes out of his way to make sure my order is perfect and has made it feel like my local sandwich shop- thank you jimmy John’s and Tom! Addendum: I will really miss seeing Tom. He made it a personal experience every time.
