And I mean my “atmosphere” rating literally. For whatever reason the inside was 100 degrees, not sure why anyone would want a sandwich in boiling temperatures… But the staff were very nice, even with the heat. Props to them for doing their best! I hope whoever is in charge of maintenance gets the AC fixed asap.
Worst customer service very rude 2 hours for food forgot chips refused to refund. Don't waste ur time people r rude too go to diff location. Trust me on this never had best customer service only this location terrible
I went in there a couple hours ago, it’s was insanely hot to the point that it made me feel sick i couldn’t even finish. I have MS so i get a lot more hot than others, it completely wiped me out along with my husband who is perfectly great shape. I just don’t understand how they have people coming in eating, workers working by hot equipment in this store when it feels like it’s 90 degrees!!
I went back because the sandwich I ordered looked like this and got screamed at about it. PS, the manager made this sandwich (in the photos). Also one of the hairs from his beard was in the sandwich.. Very unsanitary
They warmed up old bread which became even more stale - felt like I was biting into a cracker, not soft quality bread like they used to have.
