First time at a JJ, the place looked very clean; however, my review will be similar to the other reviews this location has… customer service is not the best. Cashier seemed to be tired of working there. As for the wrap, a solid 3/10 not much flavor, very plain. I think for the same price I can go to subway and get a much flavorful wrap. A smile goes a long way guys.

Hey, owner Hire some help for my man working by himself at closing. My order was submitted at 638p on 6/28 and I pulled out from the pick up window at 8p. When I pulled up a drive thru order was being processed and I still had to wait for my order to be completed. I could tell that my order was started when I pulled up to the window and saw my incomplete sandwiches sitting on the counter. Terrible experience. We went to four different Jimmy John’s locations in Roswell, all of which were out of bread. We finally placed an order at this location because the app let it go through, and drove nearly 50 minutes to get there, only to be told by the person at the counter, “Oh, I should’ve called you. We’re out of bread too.” No one contacted us, and the order never should’ve been accepted in the first place. Complete waste of time and still haven’t received a refund.
