Worst Jimmy Johns ever. 40 mins to deliver with a 5$ tip and didn’t even bring the right sandwich. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Just got a reply 7 years later 🤣. I guess I should have been grateful for the 40 min wait.
-Delivered over an hour after ordering. -Delivers to the other side of the building/doesn’t follow any instructions or even let me know. -Can’t even cut the sandwich in half like selected. -Workers who pick up the phone refuse to refund my tip. it’s not rocket science
This is no lie, I gave this place 5 stars 30 minutes ago cause I've never had an issue in the past. I just now picked up my #9 Italian sandwich with no custom mods but there's literally only lettuce and tomato and mayo in the entire sandwich. HOW COULD YOU MAKE A MISTAKE LIKE THAT. WHY WOULD I PAY $10 FOR 2 VEGETABLES ON BREAD
