The staff is really great and welcoming.
Best Jimmy John’s there is, and the STAFF is why. The team is kind, consistent, and clearly enjoy working together making the experience of going in there very nice. They are extraordinarily kind. My orders are always on time even on the busiest of days. Never had an issue with delivery, app ordering, or in person.
I was disappointed with my experience. At around 8:15 PM, I purchased a meal and shortly afterward my 4-year-old daughter urgently needed to use the restroom. We were told that the bathroom had already been cleaned for the night and that she was not allowed to use it. As a parent, it was frustrating to see a young child denied access to a restroom, especially after we had just purchased food.
