Felt rushed even though there were no customers
So slow you'll freak... I can't think of a better way to spend your lunch hour than standing around here waiting for them to make a sandwich... over 20 minutes to make a Pepe...
Great food, always of good quality. Great people, always very friendly. I’m not sure if I have bad timing, but every time I’ve ordered from here it takes half an hour or more to get my sandwich and there’s consistently 15+ people waiting in the lobby. For a chain with freaky fast as its slogan, this location certainly seems to struggle with it. I wouldn’t directly fault the employees, it seems like potentially bad process or understaffing is causing issues.
