Just like the other people, I ordered online and never got my order. I could not get a refund either. This place is a scam. Also responded to the owner and nothing.
Normally this location is decent, but you need to fix your hours. You say on here you’re open until 10 on Fridays, but when I came at 8, the door was locked and the employee inside shook his head.

This place is going downhill. I preordered a group pick up and paid for it. I am here for pick up and the restaurant is open for business but locked. There is a post it in the front door stating “Pick up only while on break”. No one is here for pick up orders and no one answers the phone. My paid for order that is supposed to serve a large meeting is unavailable and there is no one to get a refund. Nonexistent customer service or service at all for that matter.
my delivery order never got delivered, i called the store 3 times and they never once answered. i couldn't get a refund either. terrible service, will never be ordering from here again.
