JJ and Thomas are getting slammed with 2 catering orders by themselves on a Saturday and are making these Subs "Freaky Fast!" 120 subs on two guys.... and they are killing it! They definitely deserve a raise. Outstanding customer service and order execution. This place is extremely lucky to have them.
Jimmy John’s was not only known for fast service but soft delicious bread! What happened?? The service was great food not so much bread was hard and stale

Ordered today and my sandwich was on my desk within 8 mins. My office is only a half mile away but really impressive nonetheless. Don't listen to the complainers, subs are always well made and timely.
Second time in a row that my sandwich was made incorrectly. Both times, I didn't realize until I got back to work.
