I order online for my family. And when I got to the store in Cranberry pa…it was shut down lights off. The guy said they ran outta tomatoes so he voided my order and I “should” get a refund. Well two weeks pass, nothing. So I call and ask for my refund, the manager then proceeds to tell me that it will take corporate weeks. It’s been 4 weeks and I call every week and ask the same thing, I’m just told that corporate will take care of it. I doubt they are doing anything about this. Loved it!
Schedule says closed at 9:00, came in at 7:30 and informed the dining room was closed because they got “destroyed today”. Sorry it was a tough day making sandwiches. We have been driving for hours across multiple states and chose your location to eat while the family rested. Won’t be back. I would suggest hiring employees that can handle the immense stress of sandwich prep.
