We love Jimmy John’s sandwiches. It’s our go to place. We have had this store mess up our sandwiches the last two times we are there. I have a stomach disease and when I ask for something done a certain way it’s important they follow it. I explained it twice and then even confirmed it when the guy handed me the sandwiches. We will not go back to this Jimmy John’s ever again. I will drive further away to have better service.
We always stop by for our favorite, slim 5. Rita is our favorite there. Shes a great employee to have !

We had the BEST experience at the Jimmy John’s on Route 70 in Bradenton today! We showed up about 30 minutes before they were even supposed to open, and instead of turning us away, the amazing team — especially Tess and Aidan — welcomed us in with big smiles and said, “Don’t worry, we’ll take your order anyway!” They made our sandwiches fresh, fast, and with so much care — all before their doors were officially open.
