It is always quick, great food, and amazing people when I come to this sandwich shop!!!
I don’t think I’ve had a bad experience yet with this location. Consistently fast, delicious and courteous. Reasonable price. I have zero complaints. Just today, ordered my food at 11:52; they were outside of my job with my food by 12:11. 19 minutes!!! $12 for a sandwich, chips, delivery and 20% tip. Tell me what restaurant can do that, I’ll wait. Keep up the great work, y’all.
The GM at this location is not customer service oriented and will not accept fault for issues with his store. His workers are more customer service oriented than he is. I had an incident with this store where my order was mistakenly taken by the delivery driver and instead of the GM remaking the sandwich, he refused and made my pickup person wait for the delivery driver to return, then when I called back to speak with him, he had the audacity to offer for me to bring it back and he would make another one.
