Always friendly, always great subs!
The restaurant was quite a mess today. Spilled soda right inside the restaurant, by the JJ trashcan and also a sticky mess by the soda machine. I couldn't find a clean table and there were no napkins to wipe the table myself. I had to ask the sandwich maker for a napkin to clean the table. Five workers and only a few customers. Workers should remember: "If you can lean, you can clean". The "toasted" sandwich was hard to eat it was so dry/hard. I asked for NO oil/vinegar on sandwiches, BOTH sandwiches were DRIPPING with OIL. ... read more
What else could we have done? It’s 3pm and we submitted our order on their app 30 min ago. They clearly prioritize the drive thru more than showing up or submitting orders in PLENTY of time. Freaky fast? My arse. This location sucks unfortunately.
Love their sandwiches! Used take out and it is ready when promised!
