What else could we have done? It’s 3pm and we submitted our order on their app 30 min ago. They clearly prioritize the drive thru more than showing up or submitting orders in PLENTY of time. Freaky fast? My arse. This location sucks unfortunately.

Just ordered 3 sandwiches and all 3 were wrong. Again. There’s actually a running joke in our neighborhood about this Jimmy John’s cause they never get the orders right.
