Ordered some sandwiches online for pickup. The order was placed about a half hour before closing and we arrived just a few minutes later. The store was completely shut down--doors locked, totally dark. I'm pretty sure am employee was sitting in the parking lot eating a sandwich while watching me peer through the windows. Always friendly staff and never a long wait here.
Put in mobile order for DELIVERY AT 2PM. Call the store at 2:30 and they haven't even started making my order yet?? Tried to blame the rain (seriously), door dash (I didn't order through them), the JJ app, everyone and anyone but themselves. Delivery at 2pm means to normal people that the driver shows up with food at that time. NOT - "we'll start on your order whenever we feel like it and good luck trying to eat within your lunch break".
