Put in mobile order for DELIVERY AT 2PM. Call the store at 2:30 and they haven't even started making my order yet?? Tried to blame the rain (seriously), door dash (I didn't order through them), the JJ app, everyone and anyone but themselves. Delivery at 2pm means to normal people that the driver shows up with food at that time. NOT - "we'll start on your order whenever we feel like it and good luck trying to eat within your lunch break". One employee was sitting on the counter. Others are talking too loud laughing too loud, music was also too loud
We had seen the ads on tv for the new toasted subs and thought they sounded good. After making a special trip to this location to try them, the "toasters were off for the night" at about 5pm so we didn't get to try them and wasted a trip.
