My order was a simple turkey tom no substitutions no changes..and they still managed to forget the TURKEY. Comical. Awful service. Sad sandwich. Save your money go literally anywhere else.
Order took 45 minutes. Order was wrong, and unwhich was underwhelming/soggy. Not to the Jimmy John standard I'm accustomed.
Placed my order online for pickup, and requested no mayo. Got all the way home to find mayo on my sandwich. Double checked my receipt and it says no mayo. Not the first time they’ve messed up either. Went all the way back to the store, and the staff seemed frustrating I was even bringing their mistake to attention and only offered to just remake the sandwich. Freaky fast
Very helpful. I am highly allergic to gluten and was really hungry. I ordered a wrap and said I was just going to throw the tortilla away, but he said they make an " unwitch". A sandwich wrapped in lettuce. It was delicious!!
