Ordered an Itilian sub. It was not edible. I ordered it from door dash, so a 6 inch sub and a bag of chips was 24 dollars. It was horrible and I couldn't eat it. So I called Jimmy Johns and they refused to do anything about it. I won't be ordering ever again from them nor anyone in my family. There are many other places to order sandwiches, so I'll pass on Jimmy Johns. 🥴

Solid, consistently good sandwiches. App has good rewards that don’t require additional purchase too! Pro tip… you can ask for extra of any/all topping to load up on some healthy bits, do that with a Little John and you have a decent sized $5 sandwich which is unheard of these days. My only complaint is the door needs to be fixed/adjusted, you need to be in shape to open that sucker… maybe I order too many Little John’s 😅

I just want to take a moment to shout out Courtney for her customer service and attitude! Every time I come in there, I’m hoping Courtney is working because she is such a great employee and person. Pasta salad was marked with a month old expiration date, how does that even slip by unnoticed? Sandwhich was also dry and tasteless, huge step down from how this location used to be.
