Clean store, understanding staff. But I suggest you add a “card only” sign if you’re going to leave your staff with less than enough cash in the drawer.
Came in on 10/26 around 4:30pm and the staff were very friendly! It was my husband and I’s first time at Jimmy Johns and they were very much helpful. Will be coming back !! :) -P.S Sub #12 was very good.
Genuinely the best jimmy John’s sandwich I’ve had lol. All other locations for some reason struggle to put enough mayonnaise but this sandwich was magical. Sanjuan was the one to take our order and I’m pretty sure was the one to make our sandwiches so shout out to him! Super friendly
I can’t rate on the atmosphere or the food because I didn’t receive it - but what I did receive was awful service . The store closes at 9:00 pm stated online and on the app from which I ordered . I placed my order around 8:20 and it was confirmed and I was already sitting in the parking lot . I sat in the parking lot for 20 min until someone walked out to my car and told me that they canceled my order and I should receive a refund - when asked why, she said because they had already closed up for the day . Never again. Chicken wrap, no chicken all old tasting lettuce and mayo. Cookies old. No hair nets on servers. Roast beef sandwiche, no better than the corner store. The corner store has better sandwiches. YUCK.
