I've been going to Jimmy John's in midlothian for years & have never had a problem, but sadly I'm having to make a complaint, I was getting my normal order and I received rude nasty attitude from one of yalls employees, I made sure to her name "autumn" and let her know I wanted to speak to a manager but she gave me only disrespect instead. Will not be coming here again!!! Please be more respectful.

Stingy and very stringent on portion control…What’s going on?? This location has removed certain freebies and charge for them now, also the baked breads are noticeably smaller. I may have to start going out of my way to the Waxahachie location.
