Huge shout out to ETHAN! He is an actual life saver!! I ordered food to this location by mistake, while I was at UC Health North with my husband. I meant to order it to the location across the street from the hospital, but accidentally ordered it to this location. I called to cancel my order and told him what happened. I ordered for my wife who is lactose intolerant. Im just confused because they said they can't toast the original sandwiches. I made a remark about "its a sub, they can just put it in the toaster" to my passenger. They heard over the mic because someone was at the window and said "we can't toast the originals, only the favorites, and if it's toasted it has to have mayo on it". I come here pretty often and dare I say I’m loyal to THIS jimmy johns. Judy runs the store and everytime I walk in she greets me and others with joy and open arms. The staff seems to always get along and perform good on the food and timing.

Tried a few times. Different amount of meat on the sanshich each time. Today I hardly got any, mostly lettuce. Constantly forget to add toppings. Gave them a few shots but I'm done now.
