They need to hire help. Only 1 car in front of me in the drive through and still waited 20 mins. Also, they don't carry dijon packets! All the other JJs at least have the packets.
Overall okay food haven't been for so long and I remember it being better.
Walked in to order, they ignored me, similar service experience to the other businesses that went out of business at this location. Edit: The reply shows how out of touch they are, it’s 2025, asking a disgruntled customer to facecheck a bit.ly link is a choice.
Three employees no customers busy talking about a music group they would like to hear leaving me waiting at the window for a drink. One gal asked oh did you get your drink? she decided to make me wait longer to get the next drive thru order that just drove up. Takes three people to do one job and still poor service. Ya all could do better I’m sorry to have interrupted your conversation. So sad for the franchise owner.
I ordered a sandwich with potato salad and it was horrible.
