Every other jimmy johns I've been to will give you day old bread for free when you ask. Its great when im broke and still need something to eat. This is the one jimmy johns that refused me bread making me pay for something they are going to throw out tonight anyways.
First off the lady at the window was extremely rude and obviously did NOT want to be there or help me. Then I got our sandwiches and the sandwiches are TINY! I have never gotten a sandwich from a jimmy johns that has ever been this small. My regular sandwich was the same size as my son’s little John. There was like one thin layer of meat on it and the bread was small and hard
When is this past week and received some of the best customer service I've experienced from Taylor. He was professional, engaging, friendly and encouraged me to try the new wraps. So I came back later that afternoon and got the wrap. It was good. Looking forward to returning. Thanks Taylor!
We stepped into the store at about 7:45 pm on a Friday night. As soon as we entered, instead of getting greeted, the lady working on the shift questioned if we wanted to dine-in or take out as store was going to close at 8:00 pm. Either way, we wanted to take out so it was not a concern but the posted hours of operations mentioned store remains open until 9:00 pm every day.
