Oh, I asked if I could get a sandwich delivered? And I can pay cash, and the manager said, what am I retarded? I think that's unacceptable, and I haven't recorded saying that. So if you need the recording of that for your district manager, that's perfectly fine
Placed an order for a scheduled delivery. After 15 minutes of being late I called to see what was going on. I was told the driver was on the way with other orders and they it would show up soon. That was unacceptable, as someone who worked for this company for 10 years they should have more than one driver on shift. When I asked who the general manager was i was hung up on. Food is always consistent I always get my orders right and if I don’t (rarely) the Amazing team at Blaine always goes above and beyond to make it right. I love the team here they are Always amazing and make my day!
