Ordered an Unwich its sandwich wrapped in lettuce unfortunately they gave me. Old lettuce 3 layers to be exact. Unacceptable to pay $12 for old lettuce unfortunately I did a pick up went back to work and could not come back to have it replaced very disappointed! Do better would you have eaten it? I wish I could attach a photo.

This is a disgusting sandwich shop.My roast beef sandwich was almost almost all fatty meat and extremely gross!!! Never going near again, always go to jersey mike's way better!!! Plus one of the girls was so rude to me !! Ugh what a waste of money $$
Kari is a wonderful and friendly person that brightens up my day! Love to have her around! Edit 03/10/26: I suspect Kari wasn't around this day. I called for delivery and it didn't arrive. I tried calling 4 times and promptly was cut off. I am deaf and have difficulty communicating (I have to use a relay), so I could not contact them about my missing order at all. I don't know whoever else was at the shop at the time, but I lost a lot of points and out of $30 due to no assistance.
I was going to go there Sunday, Feb. 22 at about 3:30 pm, but when I opened the door and saw who was working we're the same two guys as the last time I was there I walked away. The time before, I should have asked for my money back, but decided it was my own stupidity for even allowing them to make me a sandwich, so I didn't. The guy at the window was having trouble ringing up orders so the person making the sandwiches stepped over there, rang it up, went back WITH THE SAME GLOVES ON, and made another sandwich.
