This people who work there are extremely weird. Why are all the employees making strange sounds and screaming during evenings. They need to be terminated if they want business.
We all know that new employees can slow down the line. However, Randy at this location knows how to handle business, politely he's getting your sandwich going so the line doesn’t stack up. All while allowing the newest of employees to learn by trail and error, for the most part. All while being kind and courteous. You've got to appreciate a man who rise to the occasion. You have my respect Randy!! Food was perfect, service was perfect.
Placed online order 10 minutes before getting there, watched people who ordered after me in store, get their food first. They were just pushing mine back for people that came in until I asked. There are other Rochester locations to choose from, won’t be back.
