This place is unsanitary and absolutely disgusting. We ordered a sandwich in the store today, and on the drive home, we realized they had messed up the order. We drove back, and they reluctantly remade it. We got home, ate about 90% of the sandwich, and as my partner got to the final few bites, he found an extremely long, light-colored hair completely embedded in the meat of the sandwich. Weird vibes from male employee here. Ordered a Beach club. Received a country club. Brought it back in to get a new one. They obliged - that sandwich had hair in it. Disgusting. Seriously just ruined JJs for me forever. Do better.
Nothing like the # 12 on lettuce wrap if you are going gluten free. ***update review- I had an issue with a take out sub today..I called and spoke to the manager Walter with more of a concern and constructive criticism than a complaint. He was very curious, listened and made it right. Not only the best subs in town, but service driven. I'll certainly forgive and be back. Thanks Walter.

My favorite is the Beach club. I've had the same 2 drivers that deliver my sandwich to me and now and then a lemonade and they're always friendly and come in with a smile. The food is always fresh and to be honest the bread is way better than subway. It's been months since I've eaten at subway and I honestly don't know if I can anymore. Jimmy John's just has much better service all around and I never have to question the food.
