This Jimmy John’s in Duluth, has gone downhill. The employee, Jeremy ( name was on the receipt) was rude and unprofessional. He made my sandwich, dumped it on the counter, and said, “Here’s your sandwich” without even bagging it. When I asked for a bag, he just handed it to me instead of doing his job properly. Afterward, I saw other reviews mentioning the same guy not changing gloves before making food — clearly this isn’t a one-time issue. Really fresh food. Not fancy, but lots of options. I love the #4 with pickles and Provolone cheese. I order lunch in for my office every couple of weeks. It's dependable and the delivery is timely.
