Dirty, and the workers were extremely rude I got one of the guys names and it was max. They refused to remake our sandwich as they continued to mess up on 2 of my orders 4 different times. Honestly, not sure why this JJ is higher rated than the one in Windsor. I have frequented both, many times and overall I’ve had poor experience in this JJ location. The times I’ve ordered for pickup up or just at the register togo I have never gotten what I asked for. For example if I order for pick up and request the sandwich be cut, it’s never cut. If I ask for sauce packets on the side, they are never included etc. why offer those options if you’re not going to do them?? I know go out of my way to only go to the one in Wi... read more
Very consistent! Good quality fast service, great personalities!
Our orders from this store have been shorted on multiple occasions...and conveniently, the phone line is disconnected periodically...very frustrating when you have to come back to the store in person for a refund. My advice- take your money some place else.
