Extremely rude workers, refused to help me redeem a coupon I had via the app, then I ended up paying full price for the wrong order.
I have been to many JJ’s. Today, I have to say it was the best experience I’ve had at any visit. The friendly staff stood out the most; the food was prepared exactly as ordered, and the fountain drink was good! The establishment was clean and inviting. Did I say the staff was excellent?!?!?? Best location, hands down!!!
Ordereda Bootlegger (#14). fir delivery. Rushed in phone, rushed the order. Asked for extra lettuce, extra onion, and green peppers. No green peppers available! Seriously?? What sub shop doesn't have green peppers!? Asked for vinegar in the side. Driver showed up with a disgusting vineager DRESSING. Got *that* in my fridge!
