Good thing my wife isn’t allergic to avocado, because her no avocado sandwich had little flecks of avocado all over it. Jimmy John’s has really gone downhill after they started outsourcing their deliveries to third party services like DoorDash. Orders take forever, fees are higher, and they ignore simple delivery instructions. Also, the app recommends tips based on the TOTAL instead of the subtotal. Ordered pickup while in traffic. Show up 15 minutes after ordering and it was already gone. The sandwich “engineers” and “doctors” behind the counter loudly said, “that’s what happens when you don’t pick it up immediately,” as if it was my fault. So the manager had to remake the order and even got it wrong the second time. This staff is rude, incompetent, and disorganized. Go elsewhere.
Dirty, and the workers were extremely rude I got one of the guys names and it was max. They refused to remake our sandwich as they continued to mess up on 2 of my orders 4 different times. Honestly, not sure why this JJ is higher rated than the one in Windsor. I have frequented both, many times and overall I’ve had poor experience in this JJ location. The times I’ve ordered for pickup up or just at the register togo I have never gotten what I asked for. For example if I order for pick up and request the sandwich be cut, it’s never cut.
