My husband placed an order to be delivered at a certain time. 15 min after it was to be here, I called. I said I would come get it. When I came into the store, I was told a door dasher just picked it up. Clearly there is no communication that I would be in to pick up. They then said they would remake my food. OK. But I sat there for over 20 min to get my sandwich. They then told me the door dasher left my previously ordered food on my porch. Absolutely not ok. WE NEVER ORDERED THROUGH DOOR DASH!. This location is probably the worst in a 50 mile area. They don’t recognize mistakes they constantly make. You ask for condiments they don’t give you any. You ask to them to take the bread out and cut your sandwich in half they don’t do it. They have a promotion posted on the drive thru and they don’t honor it. This Jimmy John’s location is just lazy and pathetic. I will no longer be ordering from this Jimmy John’s until they can do better.
Foods great, place is clean but it is actually unreal how long the drive through takes especially with mobile orders. Currently sitting here 15mins and counting waiting for 2 sandwiches. We stopped coming to this location for awhile if we didn't have time to go inside because the wait is so long and apparently nothing has changed. 20mins....still waiting. Update: Took 22mins. I’ve now tried this Jimmy John’s drive‑thru twice, and both times were painfully slow. The first visit took about 20 minutes, and today was no better. I pulled up at 12:17, four cars back from the window. It took ten minutes just to move one car and place my order. When I finally got to the window, no one opened it for about four minutes. Meanwhile, people who walked in after I ordered were getting their food and leaving before anyone even acknowledged me.
