Exemplary service, the employees were super kind and collected. Food is always gas. Whatever they are being paid, it isn’t enough
Boyfriend and I decided to stop here before we left to head out of town. Sat in line for 20 minutes at a stand still and blocked in before we were finally able to reach the menu board. Asked the lady how long it would take to get through the line because they were working on CATERING orders. I had a very uncomfortable and inappropriate experience at this location. While I was waiting for my food with my boyfriend, several employees loudly yelled “shoot your shot” while clearly referring to me. It was disrespectful, unprofessional, and incredibly uncomfortable—especially happening right in front of him. One of them offered a phony, insincere apology that only made the situation worse. The sandwich I received was supposed to be toasted it was cold, it was skeet on meat and not enjoyable unless you like eating a bread sandwich, the soda was flat only thing that was alright was the pesto probably prepackaged, this have to be this jimmy John’s location because I have not had a complaint about jimmy John’s in the past. This experience was terrible y’all gotta do better
