We placed an online order when we were sent a $5 reward. When we went in to pick up, the guy at the counter told us we could not redeem. What's the point in having an app if we can't redeem what we earn? We were told: to promote online ordering. Funny, when we left, we were sent another $5 reward. Customer service was sub par.
I ordered a tuna sandwich in the drive up. Got home to find that there was hardly any of tuna on the sandwich.
The food had kind of turned lackluster and it's kind of a dirty place to eat. The staff clearly don't care about the business.
