Jacob and Bella are amazing at the Tupelo, MS Jimmy Johns. They are friendly and always fix my sandwich the way I like. They make this old lady feel special.

Very tasty sandwiches. Ordered thru UberEats that I pick3d up. The order was ready when expected. Sandwiches were built as ordered with proper extras. I look forward to our next order.
Staff was rude, slow, borderline threw my food at me and all acted like I was a trespasser even though I had a order that was already paid for and just sat at a table and waited for it
DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM HERE!!!! We ordered for my work and the delivery driver was called back to the restaurant without delivering our food because of a “rush”. Be so for real. Then they wouldn’t give us a refund without voiding the whole order so our lunch break was over before we even got our food. Complete trash
