I have tried this Jimmy John’s on multiple occasions and after my experience last night, I refuse to go back here. Don’t plan on coming here after the sun goes down, the closing crew won’t appreciate your business.
First time in a Jimmy John's, won't go back. Customer service was awful. I wasn't sure what came with my combo since all I was handed was the sandwich. I had to ask for the cup for my drink where the associate just kind of nodded towards your storage holder. Couldn't find straw or lids anywhere. Just terrible
I'm not sure why I keep coming to this location when the one on Cedar Hills is almost as close to me and provides better service. During my most recent visit, I had yet another disappointing experience. I walked in, noticed a few people standing around waiting, and started to make my way to the counter. Immediately, one of the employees asked, "Are you picking up an online order?" I said no. He replied bluntly, "It's going to be a long wait."
